Tiny, fast-breeding tropical isopods, traded as bioactive cleanup crews for humid enclosures where the larger species underperform.
They are small enough to work through substrate the workhorses ignore, tolerant of the wet conditions that suit dart frog and tropical plant setups, and quick to establish self-sustaining populations. As display animals they are nearly invisible; as infrastructure they are excellent.
The market is the pure colony-insect structure: any established culture produces continuous surplus, which caps prices permanently and makes a starter culture a one-time purchase. There is no premium to protect and no arc to time. The genus is a tool, honestly priced as one, and the only purchase question is whether your enclosure runs humid enough to need it.
The line on each tile: lowest ask per day.
Rarity BETA Rarity is supply, and only supply: the tier is how many sellers have ever carried a species, and for a single seller, how many separate listings. Price is not part of it, and neither is how recently it appeared. Tiers are given to tarantula species only.
