25+ Androctonus Scorpions for Sale from 12 Sellers
Fat-tailed scorpions out of North Africa and the Middle East, and the genus most responsible for the general rule that thin pincers plus a thick tail means dangerous.
The venom is medically significant and in some species potentially lethal without treatment. A. australis and A. crassicauda have both caused human fatalities in their native ranges. These are not display animals for a shared household and anyone keeping them should know where the nearest antivenom actually is.
Arid, fast, and defensive, with a strike that is genuinely quicker than most keepers anticipate. Supply is largely wild-caught and moves with North African import cycles, so prices swing seasonally and availability of specific species is unreliable. Captive breeding exists but does not buffer supply.
The line on each tile: lowest ask per day.
Rarity BETA Rarity is supply, and only supply: the tier is how many sellers have ever carried a species, and for a single seller, how many separate listings. Price is not part of it, and neither is how recently it appeared. Tiers are given to tarantula species only.
