Genus Nebo

2 species Nebo — commonly said as NEE-boh

The Middle East's giants: heavy-clawed, long-bodied scorpions that outweigh nearly everything in their range while carrying a fraction of the medical weight their neighbors do.

The build reads reassuring and reads mostly right. The pincers do the work, the venom is not the regional story, and the family's under-stinger spine is the identification tell. Rocky arid setups, tight crevices, long lifespans, sedentary habits.

Levantine and Arabian supply moves irregularly, breeding is thin, and the genus fills a specific niche: desert-giant presence without deathstalker clinical stakes. That combination has a small dedicated market, sized by supply pulses and priced by the size of individual animals.

Rarity BETA Rarity is supply, and only supply: the tier is how many sellers have ever carried a species, and for a single seller, how many separate listings. Price is not part of it, and neither is how recently it appeared. Tiers are given to tarantula species only.
