A Mexican tarantula genus that barely exists in the hobby: formally described, rarely traded, and represented by material that surfaces in single listings years apart.
What can be said with confidence is regional. These are New World terrestrials with urticating hairs, from a country whose wildlife export has been closed for decades, so anything legal descends from a very small captive base. The keeping frame is the Mexican terrestrial standard: dry substrate with depth, a hide, patience with slow growth.
Beyond that, honesty serves better than confidence. The keeper record under this name is nearly empty, identification rests on the seller's provenance, and a single-seller listing prices without any anchor at all. Buyers here are contributing the first practical knowledge, which is a legitimate role if chosen with open eyes.
The line on each tile: lowest ask per day.
Rarity BETA Rarity is supply, and only supply: the tier is how many sellers have ever carried a species, and for a single seller, how many separate listings. Price is not part of it, and neither is how recently it appeared. Tiers are given to tarantula species only.
